Hey Sid, Welcome back.

Thanks for the article. This issue has been very contentious for some time. It could take years to work itself out. I'm sure there will be more hearings and probable legal action. The only negative impact I can see is the limitation of boat lauching below the bridge.

Meanwhile, let's go fishing. It's almost skwala season.
