The Northern California Fly Fishing Board

I was suppose to have a meeting in Weed this am but there was confusion and the meeting was pushed back to 2:30. Soooooo I just happened to have my gear in my trunk and hit the river. Really only got about an hour on the water but did manage to catch 4 fish. Octobers started popping off the water around 12:30 and I hooked up with a nice fish who missed a natural. Had the rest on a prince nymph. Wish I had more time, seemed like the bite was on.
