1---Are steelhead on the two watersheds being as efficiently netted as the salmon? no
2---If not, why? Are the nets made specifically for salmon? The nets have size restrictions so that they only net Chinooks. They aren't supposed to be targeting the coho or steelhead. There is some incidental take but not as much you may think
