The best guide in north belize is Parnell out of Caye Caulker. These guys can line him up for you:

A 7 wt and 10wt with floating lines are fine. A 12 is good for big tarpon but I don't think they are there when you'll be. You'll need weed guards on all your bonefish flies as the flats all have turtle grass.
