The Upper Sac is definitely fishing very well in the afternoon, in fact insects arent moving around till at least mid morning. I have been having many double digit days of fish 12 -16 inches and had one fish that was around 25 inches that I let go. Lots of broadstock (not sure if spelled right) swimming around. Have seen a occasional october caddis, but it is still a couple weeks off. Anyways upper sac fish dont really key in on october caddis till they start dieing off in november, the McCloud is a bit better.
