Another, long range, option is to consider joining Wilderness Unlimited which has three accesses on the Fall River with boats for use by members. Upper, middle and lower are covered. They also have some pretty good fishing on other waters in the area that are private and patrolled. But, that said, it is only worth it if you can get up there regularly to fish enough to justify the cost.
