When I have stayed at the Spinner Fall Lodge the policy was to only rent boats to people staying at the Lodge. If a person stayed at the Lodge they would also permit lauching your own boat. It is also true that the folks who own Spinner Fall also own the Circle 7. If the water is low enough to get under the Spring Creek bridge you can float from the Spinner Fall Lodge to the Circle 7 one of the best floats ever.
