Question on books 17 Years, 6 Months ago
Having recently moved here from the east coast I am interested in learning more about my new local waters in NorCal particularly the greater Redding area. Are there any books that you feel are exceptionally informative on a particular aspect of fly fishing in the area? I'm interested in local nuances in technique, fishing locations, and both the history of the watersheds and of fly fishing in California.

I've already got some great info from my local fly shop, Alan Lufkin's book CA Salmon and Steelhead, and Schollmeyer's Hatch Guide but I'd like to continue to build on this.

Thanks!
