Good job on shedding the Lb's. I am doing the same thing, I joined wieght watchers and have become a spinning class addict. Lost over 30 lbs so far. When I hit 310 lbs I knew it was beyond time. It is amazing how much nicer it has been chasing deer up and down mountains this year. Now if I could just get an arrow to connect with one. I remember Tommy Lasorda saying one time that you rarely see 50 year old men that weigh more than 300 lbs because they either loose the weight or kick the bucket...He had a pretty good point.

Archery season started yesterday. This herd is now hanging out at the airport. They like to eat my friends front lawn. His nephew
nephew has them responding to his bugle. I cant wait for fresh elk steaks.
