The Socialist Republik of Kalifornia? I see a future here in Kalifornia of expansion of Government, not for the people but in spite of them. Visualize the future…………

It is 2022 and Governor Heiffenbright, formally a language instructor and body builder from Munich has declared another fiscal emergency. As a result
1. Disneyland has been placed under control by the government to generate funds.
2. All public lands have been gated and require a $10 per day use fee.
3. All rivers, streams, and lakes in the State have been closed to open fishing and a daily rod permit is required to angle. Fees will be assessed according the desirability and productiveness. This form of tariff will be leased to private individuals or clubs for administration and a percentage of the funds collected shall be returned to the State.
4. All hunting, except for private clubs has ceased.
5. Hunting rights shall be leased to individuals and/or clubs for administration similar to fishing rights above.
6. There shall be NO private access to fishing or hunting on ANY lands unless a fee has been assessed and paid to the State. Permission to trespass shall be granted by purchase of a daily fishing or hunting permit or by yearly lease of fishing and hunting rights. Land ownership is void in determining right to trespass.

Oh, and I forgot...a fishing and hunting license is also required in addition to the above and land ownership does NOT convey the ownership of fishing and hunting rights, those are the exclusive property of the State.

Buzz...as you are well aware cowards never reveal their true identity. They would much prefer to hide in cyberspace, throw stones and then duck back behind a cloud of self righteousness. I never have an issue with someone who has a stand up verbal confrontation with me, as it is usually all in fun and in the end no harm is done. Folks like sierratrout come on, blast away and eventually disappear, again no real harm done. The entertainment value of folks like him is rewarding and gratifying because it lets the rest of us know that there is someone out there who, although anonymous, qualifies to be pictured in the dictionary next to the definition of idiot. Uncle Jack would be proud of him.

You don't know me, know nothing about me and have only recently joined the group on this board.
