Thanks Iceman--I grew up in Ojai, and have worked on Southern Cal Steelhead issues, so it is good the ladder is being used.
We need to get the Matilija Dam removed, and open up all that great historical habitat above. I have spent many a day fishing in the Matilija drainage for small wild trout.
