DWR has been FILLING So Cal. lakes 17 Years, 9 Months ago
Diamond Valley at over 100% full for this time of year, almost all SoCal lake are full or near full. Kern WD has put more than 700,000AF into the aquifer in the last 2 years. DWR wants the Peripheral Canal and new dams real bad and the best way to do it is DRAIN the Nor. Cal. water project lakes to incite a panic at election time.

As soon as this tunnel is done, more water will be drained from the north to the south. Right now they are filling Diamond Valley with Colorado River water, and diverting SWP water to make up the difference in So Cal. They have been for years.
