Prayer's Appreciated 17 Years, 5 Months ago

I know many here have had their share of adversity, but I would still like to ask for your prayers.
My eldest son has been in the hospital for the past 2 weeks, with no diagnosis. Only in the last few days has he regained a sense of who he is, and who we are.
This has been so hard, but I know God has a plan. In fact our pastor told me to relax and go do what I love. When I told him it was fly fishing he said that might have to wait.
All thoughts appreciated.

My prayers are definitely with you RB. Having had a child gravely ill I am doubly aware of the anguish and pain you are feeling. Hang in there and we will keep the prayers going.

Hey Robert - I hope things turn around quick for your son! Perhaps Christmas will bring you the best present ever and it will turn out ok. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Best wishes to you, your family, and your son. To be ill is bad enough, but not to know what it is, is truly hard. The anxiety is such a strain. Thinking good thoughts for you all. Keep your chin up.

My thoughts are with you, Robert. And I think your pastor may be wrong. If you need something that gives you comfort, helps you relax, eases your mind, and it just happens to be fly fishing...that is what you should do.
