Hey El Rey: Thanks! 17 Years, 6 Months ago
Hey El Rey,

At the BASH you told me about that wonderful little creek and I fanally got the chance to fish it this past weekend. What a treat to fish a place like that. Plenty of hungry fish but not easy to sneak up on. Once I caught on to that fact I needed to come in low and quiet the fishing was great. Not a easy place to cast but for a guy like me that can be a plus. (I've been flyfishing for fortyfour years and I've been flycasting for about four...)
This is just the kind of stream I like. Thanks again.

Robert,

Yes, that is a little jewel. Fun place, isn't it. My wife caught her first trout there. A few years ago I showed it to Jet and his son, Joey, who also caught his first trout in moving water. Glad you could experience it.

Has your lovely daughter caught the flyfishing bug?

Cheers,
El Rey

Yeap El Rey got him off to a good start. Here is a photo from the 2005 Spring Bash.

That is a special place and I'm sure we'll be back again some day to give it a try.
