The Federation of Fly Fishers helped develop the BSA fly fishing merit badge and has a booklet available to show how clubs can get started. The FFF has a continuing relationship with BSA and has been training senior leadership scouts to expand the program. It strongly encourages all fly fishing clubs to get involved. The is also a lot of excellent support material on the FFF Web Site.
