I have a place in Princeville I go to alot. Annini is a very calm area for beaches around there due to the shallows and reef in the distance. I've never fished it but I have fished around the Tunnels Beach area with a native Hawaiian I met one year. If you walk out as far as possible before fishing, you will have the better luck on decent size fish (12"-15"

instead of the small tropical fish in the shallows that are more fun watching with a snorkel. I have also seen some very large sea turtles around the Tunnels Beach area while snorkeling. Be careful of what you catch. The Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (trigger fish) is the state fish and is protected. Big time fine!
