Hey there all... while Truckee River Outfitters is shutting their doors (or I guess not opening them) for 2008, Off the Hook, the fly shop in Placerville, just expanded. Frank doubled the size of his shop and on Saturday he is having his Start of Season party. Here are the details... THIS Saturday, 10-4, free BBQ, all flies on sale for $.99, raffle every hour, fly tying and casting clinics, sale items and live music.
The shop is located on Broadway in North Placerville. If you are anywhere close to local you should come out for this. I'm going to be hanging around there a bit since my wife is out of the State and I need to do something to amuse my little, tiny, adorable daughter.
