Well hope the knee gets better. Man, age is a bioootch. I now call
them RP's. Random Pains. I will get throbbing, aching pain from
time to time for no reason whatsoever.

Sometimes I feel like I live on Vitamin I (ibuprofen)

I'm going to buy some of that moleskin. Just googled it. I'll try
anything at this point.

PS: I feel ya on the leg workout. My quads are sore, but my calves
are brutally stiff. I'm taking the elevator today!
