Fly shops near Pleasanton? 18 Years, 2 Months ago  
Does anyone know if Pacific Coast Anglers in San Ramon or Fly Anglers Unlimited in Pleasanton are still in business? The number is the same for both places and it seems to be disconnected, need to find some supplies for next week, might have to head out to Modesto, Hey Buzz, How well stocked is that Sierra Angler's Fly Shop? Thanks in advance for any info...

They are or were the same but both be gone as of this spring.

I just find it hard to believe that theres not one Fly shop in the entire tri-valley or eastbay area, with all those rich old snobs in Blackhawk, Danville and the other Ritzy towns around here, I wonder why or how they went out of business.....hmmmm.

Sierra Anglers is a small but very complete shop.

Those guys RULE! Best shop I've been in. All the gear you want and a really nice tying section.

Pleasanton, Pleasant Hill.....its all so nice!
