Howdy Folks,
Dana and I are out in Tennessee for a week for a family reunion event which takes place Sunday. It is her side of the family and there is supposed to be about 120 plus folks there

. I have only met a handful over the years and most of them are real southerners and characters.
I went fishing with her 74 year old uncle yestday, what a character. It turns out we flipped plastic worms all day and caught some bass and had a grand day. He has never fly fished but said he would like to try it sometime with me. Who knows maybe I will get him started on something brand new

.
I had brought our band's new CD out and they really enjoyed it. I got a kick out of her uncles comments when he heard the song my duaghter sang as a guest artist, he said " that little girl sings to good to be a yankee

! " Another fun thing on the agenda before we come home next Wednesday is a trip to the Grand Old Opry

! I am really looking forward to that.
Sure will miss you all at the bash this year as Dana and I will be up at the Fathers Day Bluegrass Festival.
Best Wishes and tight lines to all!
Bill
