What is the 'meter' that appears in my profile and by my name in the posts?

This is basically a way to gauge how active a person is. The different levels are:

| Junior Poster: 20-39 Posts |

| Senior Poster: 40-79 Posts |  |
| Expert Poster: 80-179 Posts |
 |
| Gold Poster: 180-399 Posts |
 |
| Platinum Poster!: over 400 |
