Ther initial storms dropped over a foot at my area (more than usual). The higher elevations got anywhere from 3-6 ft. It just keeps on coming on an almost daily basis, but ever so lightly. Just enough to keep the ground white here, but 2-3" at a time on the mountains around south Tahoe. We do need the water though. Just barely keeping to around average according to the weather reports.
