Reading all these posts, it sounds as if ISE might have saturated it's market over the years, or maybe it's the funky economy (people cutting back on spending). The outfitters in particular, need to book trips or it isn't worth it to exhibit at these kinds of shows. A really good, really well known Alaska hunting outfitter, that I've hunted with, came down one year to exhibit. A few of us loaned him trophies from our hunts with him, to exhibit, making for an impressive booth, and I don't think he booked one person. So he never signed up again, as it's far more economical for him to use Atcheson's or maybe Cabela's as agents. So, maybe if enough outfitters have had the same experience, ISE is about to go the way of the dinosaur. I hope not...
