Shit, by the time Hollywood and the SF Liberals get ahold of that, it'd become either insensitive, discriminitory, predjudicial, racist, unreasonal and so unjust, no politician would back the plan. Guaranteed these "leaders" would find something wrong with the idea. How about sending the illegal immigrants back to where they came from and free up some bucks from the ungodly sums paid for their education, health care and social programs they're sucking dry? Hey, there's an idea, enforce existing laws and save some dough ray me. What a joke...cut out state parks, & release prisoners early. Yeah, they'll be so grateful for their early release, they'll never use their newfound skills and instead, become responsible citizens. FTIR
