The meetings normally start around 7 PM. He may be tying earlier than that, I am not sure yet. I was trying to get him to tie at the Off the Hook Fly Shop in Placerville earlier that afternoon. I have not heard back from him as to whether or not it will fit in his schedule. If it is happening I will post it here as well.
