An friend forwarded a link to a Fly Fishing Internet Radio site, Ask about Fly Fishing. It is a pretty cool website with a number of internet radio webcasts with noteable fly fisherman and tiers. I just listened to the interview with Dr. Thomas Whiting, Owner of Whiting Farms. In this interview he discusses what it takes to grow fancy chicken feathers for fly tying and some of the history behind the genetic hackle business. Pretty fascinating stuff.
