take a can of compressed air like you clean computers with.

Hold it upside down and spray the stuck joint. Being upside down the gas comes out really, really cold.

Pull stucked sections apart.

In the future, just rub the male end by your nose. A little nose oil with keep it from sticking and it's a lot easier then using parafin, etc.
