Gitt: Go to this website (http://www.flyfishusa.com/) and talk to them. Mark Bachman, who owns the store and was my guide on the Deschutes last year, was a wealth of information about spey casting, etc. He is one of the founders of the Sandy River Spey Clave (go if you can) and one heck of a guide as well. He will not lead you wrong and has more knowledge about lines to fit particular rods than anyone I know. Gotta love those Deschutes steelies...grab like a dog after a bone.
