I don’t know if you may be interested. I am just sending a little note to stores in Northern Californian Counties. I am from South Africa, initially. A long time ago. I have been fishing a long time. I have always wanted a little fishing store, or bait shop.
I am looking now. I have an investor. Of course I have to give him all the profits. Anyway, this is just a little note, if you are some out of the way place and are thinking of selling. I would be interested.
I do not know the fishing real well in that area. I have passed through it. I am mostly a sea fisherman. From the shore. I have done a lot of freshwater fishing too. I have caught my share of fish. I have been manager of a restaurant before, and I think I could deal with handling the running of a small store.
I have been living here a long time. It is a rat race. And I am sick of it. All there is, is traffic and traffic and traffic. Bad tempered people. And a constant hurry. I am forty nine years old. I have no wife. No children. I am looking for a place, that may have an apartment or something too. Otherwise, I can get a camper. I am looking in the range of fifty to two hundred and fifty. Quite a range. I guess. I don’t know the prices. The important thing, for the investor and I guess for me too, is that I can make ends meet. I don’t know what kind of terms we can come to, I know that if it is all paid for it is better that way. There will be profits. It is an investment. My investor. I don’t quite have him on board yet. I need to find a place that may sell first. And then I will approach him. He is from Korea. And he has a mail and copy business here. He is quite a nice guy. You don’t quite know what he is thinking. But he likes me. And that is alright.
He has a nice family. I think, or don’t know, but it may be that he would like to own a business like this. He has, or had, investors from Korea. I don’t know now. He wanted me to open a restaurant business for him before. So… if you are thinking of selling your bait shop or fishing shop and not a gun place… I would be interested.
